For over 50 years, Elite Designer Wigs & Hair Extensions has been the leading retailer of the most beautiful, stylish and top-of-the-line wigs and hair extensions available in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Through our commitment to quality and the latest trends in fashion, we have always succeeded in pushing the envelope, reinventing and expanding upon the image of wigs and hair extensions as a leading trend in the industry, worn by celebrities, models, and anyone who wants to change their hairstyle in a mere matter of seconds!

While we've primarily served the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area, we do ship internationally. So if you're out of town, out of state or overseas, don't worry! You can order your wig or hair extensions over the phone and we'll ship to you.

Our Beginnings. A family-run business.

We started in 1963 as Rona’s Wigs, with six locations in Flint, Detroit and surrounding suburban communities in Southeastern Michigan. Each was a full-service salon that operated in both retail and customized servicing of wigs and hairpieces. In addition to our retail locations we operated our own “Centralized Service Center” adjacent to the main office, our own warehouse that picked up and delivered Monday-Saturday, transporting 150-200 styled customer’s wigs and hairpieces to all six locations.

We moved to South Florida in the 1990s and as always we’ve continued as a small, family-run business. As we continue to grow, we look forward to revolutionizing the public’s perception of wigs and hair extensions by revealing what is essentially the best-kept secret in ladies fashion.

Models, actresses, movie stars and television personalities have always led the way in the latest fashions. Wigs and hairpieces continue to be a necessity for women in these careers for so many reasons. Without them, retaining a fresh appearance through hours of filming would be almost impossible.

Over the past 15 years, the top wig and hairpiece designers have made notable breakthroughs, allowing our designers to create products of absolute perfection.
